When she saw our makeover series application open again, Anne applied with a brave, hopeful heart. She watched every episode of Season 1 while going through treatment, using them as something to look forward to during an incredibly difficult time.
Now that she’s recovered, she’s ready for the chance to reclaim her body and step back into herself. Anne gets to look forward to something beautiful again and we’re honoured to be part of her journey. Andrew is 41, and the only man featured this season. Married to our former spa coordinator, Kari, he’s been connected to this space long before applying. During Season One, Kari turned every episode launch into a family event, making sure everyone tuned in the moment it went live. Andrew was right there with her, picking up the lingo along the way.
Behind his easy humour, Andrew has quietly struggled with rosacea, navigating persistent redness, sensitivity, and the frustration of never quite feeling at ease in his own skin. This episode focuses on calming inflammation, strengthening the skin barrier, and building a plan tailored specifically for rosacea-prone skin. As the redness softens and balance is restored, it becomes more than a treatment plan, it’s a reset. A shift toward consistency, intention, and healthier habits that extend beyond the treatment room.

Lauren is 34, our youngest finalist this season and a mother to three children under seven. As an addictions counsellor, she spends her days holding space for others. At home, she pours herself into her family. Time for herself has rarely made the list.
About a year ago, Lauren noticed a spot on her forehead that was changing. What followed was a diagnosis of basal cell skin cancer and a procedure to remove it, leaving behind a noticeable scar. The experience was eye-opening, a reminder of how quickly life can shift and the importance of sun care. This episode focuses on softening the appearance of her scar, evening hyperpigmentation, and enhancing her natural beauty. For Lauren, it was about care, honouring her skin after what it has been through, and taking a moment to prioritize herself.
